New Skills is located in the "Het Hooge Land" office near the A27 highway, Biltstraat, and Oorsprong Park in Utrecht. Convenient paid parking is available at the rear of the building, which also serves as the main entrance. Parking on the adjacent Emmalaan is another great option.

After completing my law degree at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), I gained experience working for several large companies in Key Account Management, Business Development, and Marketing roles. Later, I transitioned into recruitment, joining a large, nationally operating agency.
To continue developing myself and pursue my ambition of starting my own business, I completed a part-time business administration program (MBA) at the NIMBAS Business School in 2004.
In 2006, I founded New Skills with the goal of making a greater impact for both companies and candidates by offering a more personalized approach.
Through my own experience, I noticed that a personal and transparent way of working is often lacking in larger search firms within this industry. By focusing on clear agreements and offering more comprehensive services to both clients and candidates, New Skills has successfully operated for over 15 years.
